Booking Questions

Q: How do I book a pass?

A: Register on the app, browse events, select your preferred event and dates, choose your category, and complete the payment via Razorpay.

Q: Can I book for multiple people?

A: Yes! You can book passes for yourself and others in a single transaction.

Q: How do I get my e-pass after booking?

A: Your digital e-pass (QR code) is instantly available in the app under My Bookings after successful payment.

Payment Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and digital wallets via Razorpay.

Q: Is my payment secure?

A: Absolutely. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and authorised by RBI. We never store your card or UPI details.

Q: My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

A: This is usually a bank-side delay. The amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. If not received, contact us at support@gujjugarba.com with your transaction ID.

Q: Can I pay in installments (EMI)?

A: EMI is available on select credit cards through Razorpay. The option will appear at checkout if your card is eligible.

Cancellation & Refund Questions

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes. Cancellations made 7+ days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

Event Questions

Q: What should I bring to the event?

A: Your digital e-pass (on your phone), a valid government-issued photo ID, and your enthusiasm for Garba!

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Traditional attire (chaniya choli, kurta-pyjama) is encouraged and celebrated, but not mandatory.

Garba Class Questions

Q: How do I enrol in a Garba class?

A: Browse Garba classes in the app, select a class and batch, and complete the enrolment fee payment.

Q: Are Garba class fees refundable?

A: Garba class fees are non-refundable once the class has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
