Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best experience on our platform. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Customer

| Less than 3 days before the event | No refund |

2. How to Cancel a Booking
- Open the app and go to My Bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Booking and confirm.
- A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile/email.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3â5 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5â7 business days
- Wallets: 1â3 business days
Refund timelines are subject to your bank processing time. We initiate refunds within 2 business days of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Entry denied due to violation of event rules or code of conduct.
- No-show on the event day without prior cancellation.
- Event cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
- Garba class subscription fees once the class has commenced.
5. Cancellation by Organiser
In the rare event that an event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders within 7 business days.
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for multi-day bookings where only certain dates are cancelled, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
7. Garba Class Subscription Refunds
Garba class subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is activated. However, if a class is cancelled by the instructor before commencement, a full refund will be processed.
