Common Issues & Quick Fixes

1. I did not receive my e-pass after payment

Your e-pass is available instantly under My Bookings in the app. If it is not visible:

  • Pull down to refresh the bookings screen.
  • Check your SMS and email for a confirmation message.
  • Wait up to 10 minutes during peak load periods.
  • If still missing, email us at support@gujjugarba.com with your transaction ID.

2. Payment was deducted but booking is not confirmed

This is usually a temporary bank-side delay. Please wait 10–15 minutes and refresh the app. If the booking does not appear and the amount is not refunded within 5–7 business days, contact us immediately with:

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Transaction/UTR ID from your bank or UPI app
  • Screenshot of the payment confirmation

3. I want to cancel my booking

Go to My Bookings → Select Booking → Cancel Booking. Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. I cannot log in to my account

  • Ensure you are using the correct registered mobile number.
  • Check that you have a stable internet connection.
  • Try the Resend OTP option if the OTP did not arrive.
  • If the issue persists, contact support with your registered mobile number.

5. I entered the wrong details during booking

Please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@gujjugarba.com. We will do our best to assist, though changes may not always be possible after confirmation.

  1. Your full name and registered mobile number
  2. Booking/transaction reference number
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Screenshots (if applicable)
