1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking, or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation message.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organiser.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.
• By completing a payment, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method.
• In case of payment disputes, please refer to our Payment Policy.

4. Entry Rules

• A valid government-issued photo ID and booking confirmation (digital or printed) are mandatory for entry.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone without a valid pass.
• Traditional attire is encouraged but not mandatory.
• Prohibited items (weapons, alcohol, drugs) are strictly not allowed inside the venue.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, and performers.
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
• Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

Management reserves the right to remove any person violating the code of conduct without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of GujjuGarba and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings at the venue.
• We are not liable for any injury or accident occurring at the event.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
