Shipping & Delivery Policy

GujjuGarba is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All purchases made on this platform are for digital services, including:

  • Digital event e-passes (QR code-based)
  • Garba class enrolment subscriptions
  • Digital booking confirmations

Delivery of Digital Passes

Upon successful payment, your digital pass or confirmation is delivered instantly through the following channels:

  • In-App: Available immediately under My Bookings in the GujjuGarba app.
  • SMS: A booking confirmation SMS is sent to your registered mobile number within a few minutes.
  • Email: A confirmation email (if email is registered) is sent within 5–10 minutes.

Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High server load during peak booking periods (e.g., Navratri season)
  • SMS/email delivery delays from third-party providers
  • Payment verification pending

If you do not receive your pass within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team.

No Physical Shipping

As all our products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. No courier, postal, or logistics charges apply.
