Payment Policy

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway to process all transactions on this platform. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:

  • UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
  • Credit / Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
  • Net Banking – All major Indian banks
  • Digital Wallets – Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, and more
  • EMI – Available on select credit cards (subject to bank approval)

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Security

Your payment information is handled exclusively by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords on our servers.

  • All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
  • Razorpay is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
  • Two-factor authentication (OTP) is enforced for all card payments.

4. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An on-screen confirmation with a unique transaction/booking reference number.
  • An SMS and/or email confirmation (if contact details are provided).
  • A digital e-pass or booking confirmation accessible from the app.

If your payment is debited but you do not receive a confirmation within 10 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails after the amount is debited from your account, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days by Razorpay. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.

6. Duplicate Payments

In the unlikely event of a duplicate charge, please contact us immediately at support@gujjugarba.com with your payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 business days.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST. The final amount payable will be displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm the payment.
